It would appear the the ACMA have updated their online search portal for licensing information, the url is: http://web.acma.gov.au/pls/radcom/regis ... .main_page

The ACMA commissioned the SPECTRA system for apparatus licensing on Wednesday 2 September 2015. If you have paid to renew a licence recently, it may take a few days to update the Online Register (and the data download). If it has not updated by Monday 7 September 2015, please contact the customer service centre on 1300 850 115. Also note some licences in transition may be duplicated on the Register.

There's a few extra bits and pieces on there, some of which are things you could find on the old version with a bit of a clicking around.

I believe SPECTRA is just the new backend database - the search functions available for us on the ACMA site appear to remain as they were before.
