G'day Everyone,
We have a group of new Tait TP9300's being used at our plant.
The supplier has programed them with Reverse Tone Burst to mute the squelch tail.
Our guys are now unsure if they are transmitting as they are so accustom to hearing the tail on our previous radios, they have asked if the squelch tail be restored (mute removed).
Via the Tait software we went across
Networks – Basic Settings – Subaudible Signalling
and changed the ‘Reverse Tone Burst Duration’ from the default of 130ms to 0.
Programed and Tested against our repeater onsite, Unfortunately still no squelch tail.
Also tried a setting of 1, but with no result again"
Has anyone had this issue before? or more settings to disable across subaudile signalling"
Any help would be great!
Thanks!
Matt
