Interference on VKR Logan this arvo

I heard a strange transmission this arvo about 1630. Anyone else hear it? I also hear music broad cast the other week too.

The music maybe from the police cars as some crews do have the radio on when driving and when it comes to the strange transmission I think I did hear it too but dont know.

This was very loud music, as though the mic was held against the speaker, wasn't back ground. To me yesterday's transmission sounded like it was related to the Woodridge riots, as it sound like islanders sprouting racial filth.
