MAN KILLED AT QUEENSLAND SAND QUARRY

A 25-year-old man has been killed in an industrial accident on Queensland's Southern Downs.
Police say the man was working at a sand quarry in Talgai, north of Queensland's border with New South Wales, when he fell into a machine about midday.
He died at the scene.
Workplace Health and Safety are investigating.
