it would seem that QPrime has crashed and as a result no vehicle is able to run checks on vehicles or any other task that requires QPrime for that matter

went down at 18:12

apparently going to be down until 20:00 Hrs

sorry should have put this on not to long ago,

QPrime was going to come back up at approx 2030 not 2000
