Rescue & Romeo Callsigns

I have been hearing a few Romeo callsigns and just heard a Rescue callsign (Rescue 511)
Anyone know if they are related and also what Rescue or Romeo is?
I haven't heard of it before and I don't think it is anything like what NSW has?

Rescue 511 is the chopper (I'm pretty sure) and if you're hearing Romeo on the QPS channels then it's Redcliffe police district.

EDIT - Then I just realised you put this in the QAS section so I'm not sure.

Rescue calls signs on the QAS network are all Medical Helicopters the numbering is a little adhoc with local providers having chosen their own numbers or just some traditional arrangements. Romeo units are the bariatric or (fat trucks). They are known as STRU's Specialised Transport Response Unit.
