I've seen the CAFS in use and I'll admit they are amazing. However retrofitting them would cost hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars

The Brisbane region chief superninentos are very supportive of CAFS in the current regional plan/projection. The plan is to have a CAFS pumper almost every 2nd station. However, Ross is right- at this point, where the hell does the cash come from? I get the impression many people think the QLD government/DCS is a bottomless pit of cash.
