ACMA Prosecutes CB user

Hi, Just found an article in Crital Comms online magazine about the ACMA prosecuting an Adelaide man.
On the 3rd of September a man pleeded guilt and was given a nine month prison sentence. The sentence was changed to a 2 year good behaviour bond and he forfeited the equipment. It was reported to be the harshest penalty give yet. The ACMA still have a long way to go on cracking down on the trouble makers. Regards Yipyip
