The police are becomming nothing but a criminal organization

I fail to see how police being able to automatically detect people committing offences relates to them becoming a criminal organisation.. Isn't it a good thing that if a stolen car or someone wanted on something like a return to prison warrant drives past a traffic vehicle they are alerted immediately and can take action?
