Kenwood TS400s Trouble shooting.

Hey guys just havin some issues with the kenwood, When powered up it just wants to transmit, I dont know what it could be, but i beleive in its time its been repaired for the same issue, but seems to have failed again.

any recomendations as to what this problem could be?

No one know anything about ametuer HF gear?

Does it still try and transmit with the mic unplugged from the radio?
