Hi all!

Post by Pokitren »

Hi all! It's been so long since anyone has said hello on the forum that I feel uncomfortable.
I'm interested in radio controlled cars and planes, I want to make a gift for my son, but I can't choose yet. Maybe here I will find something suitable.
When I was a kid I was into radio a little bit. I hope your words will be clear to me :)

Greetings - yes, many readers here but few saying anything :)

Radio - you might find a local radio club who have project days, building things like crystal sets, Morse keys and sounders, Arduino stuff etc. Alternatively "science fair" type construction kits if they are still around in some form. Have a look at the Jaycar site's "Kits, Science & Learning". Some kids seem fascinated with Morse, a "secret" way of communicating.

Anything to get their noses out of their smartphone .......
