Vodafone paging EOL 31/12/2020

Seen quite a few of these messages fly out recently.
Reminder Vodafone paging network will close 31.12.2020 in all areas except Melbourne and Sydney.

I didn't even think that this was still a thing, it has been years since I have searched that band.

Quite active for me still up in QLD, won't be for much longer I assume as people move to other alternatives

A few pager sites will be shut down in SE QLD I’ve been told , few sites already have gone quite

so come the end of the year are they shutting down all sites or just some in the SE QLD. ?
I would assume they would just stop the feed into them, they would still be active system but not receiving any data to Tx.

The last sites in Melbourne and Sydney have been shut down. The licenses have been surrendered back to ACMA.

I heard from my friend that it brought some problems.
