Icom IC-400 Pro - replacement microphone or cable

My microphone cable has perished, and is now not transmitting due to a damaged wire. Anyone know the best/cheapest place for a new genuine (or decent aftermarket) microphone?
Or, is it possible to replace just the cable, and if so, how much and where from?
