Ok - Ive figured out a bit over the last few hours trying to program my BCD325P2......now for APCO Bandplans...where do I find them for my programmed towers?

You dont have to worry about band plans as they scanner will do it for you , same as the 396xt and others - just enter all the control channels in and it should work a treat.

Use software like freescan or another from www.butel.nl ( this is my preference )
