Problems programming gme tx7200

Hi iam having problem with programming my Tx7200 iam using win98 i tried both cable that i have but it keep coming up with Comms Error "Radio response timeout". can anyone help with this

It sounds like an issue with the comm port, are you using a USB programming cable?
