Location makes water access very difficult, hence 317v.

For anyone in toowoomba who wishes to go and check it out, head west
On the warego hwy untill you see a lot of smoke and flashing lights, not sure
on traffic status, because I only know because I can see it from my house,
and I saw all the individual appliances respond

The last thing the fire fighters would want is rubber neckers....

The fire was out around 3pm. Was a permit burn.

gowrie mt 41, 51, gowrie little plains 41, 51, 52, 53, cambooya 61, 317V, wagners flat 41 and WR12.
about 200 hectares burnt at least. 8 meter flame height across the grass at the head of the fire.

South West Area Directors are WA.

WR will be someone from the rural fire command. WA are urban area inspectors.
