D24 Mildura shutdown - merge to ESTA

These shutdowns may be steps to impliment a Digital Encrypted system alike the Vic Metro system, Less Sites to upgrade / Maintain would save costs.

i argree i rekon its a step to digital coruption. vkc wang closed down a couple of months ago this was my main ch not inpressed however for the time being i think were safe in the country due to all the mountain and bush like areas digital will never work. it will be some time till they can get it to work and i dont think they have the budget
