TX7200 Port Speed

Hey!
Is anyone able to tell me what port speed I should have set for communicating with a GME TX7200?
Not sure if this is why I am getting the lovely "Radio REsponse Timeout" error. Have searched this, and other, forums but to no success at this stage.
Am running windows 7 with a USB to Serial Converter.
