Icom Rx7 Software and cloning cable

New to AussieScanners, great site some very interesting stuff.

Have purchased Icom RX7 however no programming cable (OPC-478UC) or software CS-RX7.
Is shareware software available and a place to purchase cable at a reasonable price. Any info much appreciated
