original call was breakers on at a newport address when arrived offender has rammed charlie 704 then taken off charlie 704 was ordered by comco stop pursuit ,romeo 310 followed no lights siren then was rammed themselves multiple times chase ended at scarbourgh all officers are ok , taser was deployed missed the target
