qfrs frequencies for ICOM IC400Pro

Hi there, can anyone give me the frequencies for QFRS to suit the programming of my ICOM IC 400 Pro UHF Radio? i thought i had them but i didnt have the caller groups ie open group, closed group ect. think im missing some information to get it to work. i know my radio is able to be programmed for the frequency range for QFRS.

any help would be great. cheers...
