just picked up a new Uniden UBCD996T from Dick Smith at Springwood, they will be closing down at the end of the month and have a few good specials on.

They only have 3 left and that is it, the price $500 and that includes a 3 year warrenty.

Once they have gone, there gone.

They have been 591 at most places, since before Easter.

They have been $500 at Underwood for about the last month. If you are interested I would ring first because last time I was talking to them they said they only had two left and that was about a month ago so ring first and don't waste your fuel.

Got one 396 from Carina, Ex display stock, no RH96. $250
picked up another 396 from...Victoria Point..., unopened box including the RH96 for $302

these would have to be the bargins of the century, $1000 radio kits for $300

Just bought 6x 996s from Carindale + 1x 396(all their stock)
And of course
they are all on Ebay in the "Scanners" section

there are still some about the stores but you have to call each one as they can not see ALL the stock at all the other stores. Cannon Hill showed up the 6 at Carindale but no one else's did

Any others I see at any other stores I will buy on the spot So get out there and get em before I do
