Lots of things incorporate Kevlar. "Tin" helmets worn by soldiers. Sails on racing yachts.
Some firefighter clothing is made in a combination of Nomex (fire retardant) and Kevlar (for strength).

Definately: Kevlar he....lmets.
The newer RFS helmets (Those manufactured by a company at Yatala called PacificHelmets) are all Kevlar composites. QFRS Urban are the same, just different version. Dunno Exactly what composes them, but there is definatley Kevlar in them. As for "please check...". Could be lots of stuff. I know that if you write on the outside with permanant marker, it breaks down the outer-shell of the helmet... also, attaching non-approved attachments voids the safety guaruntee. Etc. Could even be 'check your chin straps' LOL.
