Had a look on ACMA and nothing out of the ordinary except for Vertical Telecom (QLD) popped up for all three.

I have also heard similar traffic on 476.25 with a ctcss or dcs code. Anyone out there able to identify the code?

KBL - QR North Rail Bus - 470.1250 - Comes off Bald Knob

Surfside Buslines have moved two of there repeaters up to Eagle Heights which gives great coverage and also allows people in brisbane to listen to them aswell. 463.3000 and 464.4000

Kangaroo BL - Ch 1 - School 471.0500
Kangaroo BL - Ch 2 - Urban 494.3000
Kangaroo BL - Ch 3 - Rail 472.7750
Kangaroo BL - Ch 4 - City 470.1250

Also KBL utilize vehicle tracking via Telstra and it is extremely accurate aswell they are able to tell the position of the vehicle down to the millisecond.

for example and this seems to happen alot apparently "the school bus didn't turn up", management is able to go through and say what time the vehicle arrived at the stop and what time it left

We have them on all our trucks and all the fuel companies I've worked for in the last 8 years has had it
Shell had theirs upgraded with accelerometers and they could tell if you went around a corner too fast, stopped too hard(panic stop) or if they set a certain parameter, if you take off too fast
