I didn't look too closely at the date.
Your post was Nov 2019, not Nov 2020. :D

It does take some working out.
P25, NXDN and Conv are the easy ones.
DMR gets tricky and requires some creativity when you come across many of the same DMR type systems.

Identifying LCN's, Freqs and Conversions can often be a real challenge.
