Security Company Frequency

Post by VK3YMML »

Hi all

Been listening to 472.6375 (DMR) and seems to be a security company. Other than an ACMA search which just gives me "CSE CROSSCOM PTY LTD"

Is there any way to identify the DMR user, UID = 1010, 1018, 1025, 2006, 2007, 2008 and TG 101 various Melbourne sites speaking to Control (Sounds very security-ish" to secure and unsecure locations and also onsite checks

Any info or details would be appreciated

I programmed that frequency into my scanner sometime ago as conventional DMR system. I haven't listened to it for a while but I did label it as a security company. I think from memory it may be Melbourne University. Melbourne Uni in Parkville is a large campus and also has 'sites' scattered around the Parkville area and CBD.

If memory serves me correct, Melbourne University would be contracted to MSS Security
