Good Morning All, It is an old 27 mHz marine radio. It has been rebadged as O'Donnell Griffin (ODG) It was also marketed under Weston and GME. Parts became obsolete in the mid 80s so yes it is a boat anchor. Regards

It's an old 27 meg marine radio. 27meg CB is at the other end of the 11 metre band.
