Melbourne Metropolitan Fire Brigade Frequencies

Could anyone tell me the frequencies used by the MMFB as I have the Trunk Tracker IV. Also how do I program up the Hexadecimal IDs for the CFA Digital channels. Only seem to locate the CTSS tones. Thanks in advance to all.
