Suction window mount ?

Post by rochedalescan »

Hi guys,

I am wondering if anyone has any experience using a suction mount mobile phone holder for the use of holding a radio and any specific brands etc that are good for it.

I am looking for it to be a semi-permanent mount but with the ability to be able to remove. It is for a small radio around the size of an Icom IC-R5.

I am looking to buy a few of these for commercial fit out if anyone knows of something please PM or reply.

Thanks and Regards
Shane

Thanks for that yes I am, I brought a similar one from Supercheap Auto to test but the bendy part just snapped, will give that a go.

RAM make great mounts. I would have to say the best I've seen or used. The suction cup is very strong. Prices are very reasonable. Give them a go.
