Hi All,
I'm doing a research project through work on the feasability of touch screen MDT's. I was wondering if anyone has had much experience with them or setting them up (eg writing custom interface programs). I am looking at using the Panasonic Toughbook with a separate touchscreen. Thoughts and comments!!!
Thanks for any help

Sawman,
As yet I'm pretty sure there aren't any QFRS appliances with MDT's. However, if you start talking to a QAS paramedic, they're all fitted out with MDT's.
And by the way, I will reply to your email.

Re: Mobile Data Terminals (MDT)
there would be plenty of company's that can supply you with the required set up but it will cost $$$. perhaps the telstra spectra system in the 800 MHz would be a better pick for $$.
