g'day
With all this spam does it actually help you guys with the power out when we report them or do you find them anyway? I report them when i see them but don't wanna be reporting them so much that it annoys you guys.

Re: Question for the powers that be
Thanks for reporting them Mitch but I/We can usually see them when we jump on. Honestly I don't know what else I can do apart from banning people registering with Gmail/yahoo email addresses. As you can see from the membership count we have gone from over 2100 back down to 1800 from me deleting this morning.

You're not the only one that reports them and I don't mind people reporting them coz thats the first thing I look at when I first log on.rochedalescan wrote:Thanks for reporting them Mitch but I/We can usually see them when we jump on. Re: Question for the powers that be
I dont have an issue reporting them, maybe for membership, they have to wait for an admin to check over before they are allowed to post, as many of other forums do
just a thought
just a thought
Cheers

BG,
we have looked at doing this in the past however due to the large number of people registering in one day would potentially take several days to go through
