For those of us who are old enough Back in the early 2000's did anybody buy the Radio and Communications magazine?
It was a very good magazine. It started out as Radiomag then changed to Radio and Communications. It was the very first magazine that I ever subscribed to and then it folded so I lost my dough.
The owner? moved from Victoria to Mt Tamborine. It would have been good if it had kept going.
Radio mag
Re: Radio mag

Re: Radio mag
I must have blinked, 'cause I missed that mag. Never knew it existed.
Gawd, I used to buy CB Action back in the late 70's / early 80's.
The front cover always had a 'spunky YL' until the world became politically correct! Then they opted for shiny new rigs instead. (tits will always sell a mag faster than a Super Bengal Base Station!!)

Re: Radio mag
I was a huge fan of CB Action. Never missed an edition. I decided to subscribe and it went out of print so I lost money as well!
I found the articles very interesting including the 'road tests' of various scanners CB rigs and SWRX in those days. I suppose it was killed of by these factors:
Mobile Phones replacing CB radio
Internet (Google & Wiki) as a knowledge source
Magazine production costs
RIP CBA
