hi i was wondering if anyone knows a list of unencrypted P25 digital Frequencies for SE Queensland at all.

Not being from QLD I can't help with specifics, but if you are near a larger airport search for frequencies used by the Airservices Australia rescue and fire service (ARFF) as they run unencrypted P25 at all locations, generally around 500MHz. You'll also likely find some private security running P25 as well if you scan that mode during the evening and may even be able to get some NSW Police radio chatter from across the border.

The only unencrypted p25 traffic you might hear around Capalaba is the ARFF, Wynnum District QPS is sadly digitally encrypted and it seems it will only be getting worse with the GWN
