Are these conventional analogue, or some digital mode? Encryption? Might be worth while including that with the info posted, as many businesses use DMR/NXDN/etc, some with privacy settings on.

if i recall correctly they are utilising Motorola CLP Series radios, i will however double check. if they are using CLP radios it is Analogue only.

And they are very low powered therefore you have to be very close (probably <100m) to hear anything.
