As a follow on thread from my post here:

Here are some pics of my Travelling Scanner Kit (TSK).
The full gallery can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/gUDoC
It's designed to be a 'one-stop-shop', 'go-bag', storage/carry case for all my scanner needs.
Here's a list of everything that's in it:
Lowepro Rezo 120 AW
Uniden BCD325P2-AU
Manual
Notepad & Pen
Little Kodak P&S
3x sets of rechargeable batteries (6x cells in total + 2x in the scanner)
240V USB wall charger adaptor
Car Cig Lighter charger adaptor
USB cable for scanner
El-cheapo pair of headphones
Single custom earbud with collar clip (EDC)
Fully custom DIY magnetic antenna mount for the car kit.
It can be pushed into many different roles, and usually, in accompaniment to this when travelling, my messenger bag with laptop, charger, software, and various printed frequency lists / channel plans are included.
Here are the all important pics:

Re: Travelling Scanner Kit
Well, this has had an overhaul.
I've added my new custom made 165 meg BNC antenna,
a pack of enloops,
another scanner (EZI30XLT) and aerial.
channel plans,
pair of earbuds
and some other bits and pieces.
It's quite handy to keep everything together.
