Funny messages on cfa/ses network

Hi everyone, i have been into using pdw to decode the pocsag messages on the ses and cfa network. In doing this i have found some funny messages saying " help me im lost" and "come find me im lost" does anyone know what agency this is and what the point of it is?

Depends on the capcode re the agency, but someone has sent a message to their pager to help them find it. I usually play Marco polo with mine lol

Madmarto is correct. If someone has lost a pager, the best way to find it is to activate it. They're very loud little devices.

Isn't that what I posted? How else do you activate your pager except for sending it a message?
