this may be off topic but ah well. does anyone know the callsign for the Unmarked Sonato from Booval Area last part of plate is 010 if you have seen it, kinda good to look at

Can anyone tell me who the call sign Delta 1 is that pops up every now again on Ipswich VKR?

Ahh that makes sense.. It's interesting that they've used a delta call sign as I though that was reserved for non QPS units communicating on a QPS radio channel

yeh that is true i forgot about the deltas being non QPS. however ipswich seem to be the only district who isn't using Alphanumeric callsigns.

haha big LMAO! a GD unit was getting a job for VKR and after they recived the job they responed Tango Yankey (thank you) and VKR retrorted Yankey Wiskey (Your Welcome) hehehe I never thort that QPS was allowed to be unproffesional some times on the air

Delta call signs are for use by non QPS whilst operating on QPS frequencies ANDi n cooperation with the QPS but use standard QPS call sign procedure, ie D5xx, usually media and rescue choppers, but occasionally other sources as well.
