Welcome to the forum.
What has the ACMA database showed up after your search?
Just thinking out side the square, I would think that you may not be able to pick them up, as it would be highly likely on the VHF Band?
Let me know what your search reveals....

Have searched the ACMA database. There are no VHF Police frequencies (only Fire Brigade).

Mt Isa Police are on UHF (apparently since the mid 2000s). There are earlier references to Mt Isa on this forum (though it took some searching) that note 468.4750 as the main analog channel, nothing ever heard on 467.9875 and the other frequencies as special event channels

467.9875 P25 within 100km
468.4750 Tx Mt Isa - Main working channel
468.6750 Tx Mt Isa
469.1250 Tx Mt Isa

PS I noticed that there is some VHF DMR and UHF TETRA on the ACMA database in the Mt Isa area, so there is a slow migration from analog to digital happening in the mining discipline
