i know that at Concerts there are Armed guards who are Plain cloths and carry 9 ml peices on them. and unfortunately you wouldn't tell them apart from a patron

What has the all of the above, except for the very top line got to do with scanning and Freqs?

We sometimes in the replies go way of topic which has totally nothing to do with what this site is about.
