After wasting over $200 on the Digitech AR 1945 SSB and finding out that the single side band is totally unusable ive returned it to Jaycar And wanting to spend the money on restoring my kenwood R-1000 the radio works fine in all modes however the frequency display or any of the lights dont work. its a tough very reliable radio it was given to me secondhand for nothing and was wondering if anyone knows of anyone preferably in Victoria that can restore this radio? i dont know how much work it would need as the radio works fine minus having no frequency display or led lights in the radio.
thx in advanced
