Hey all i picked up a kenwood tk-350 handheld today and was wondering if anyone had or could make me up a programing lead for it

Probably more trouble than it is worth.

The lead requires a 2.5 mm Stereo Plug, which is not very easy to come by. Also, the average connectors you get now-a-days, from places such as Dick Smiths, are rather poor quality.
You would be a lot better off obtaining a ready made cable.

Just remember you need a computer with a Serial Port (RS-232) that will still run DOS.
The software is reported to NOT work reliably under Windows (ie, in a DOS window).

hmmmm cheers mate ill look around see if i can find one.......... yeh ive found not meny radios like windows esp vista ive got a old 486 laptop with 98 seems to go allright
