Could I get some help setting up my first scanner. Can't seem to find the free downloads on my pc or they don't seem to exist.
I am also having great difficulty putting the frequencies in manually

PC is the easiest way to program the scanner. You will need a serial cable but most likely need a serial to usb attachment
