Streaming GoPro live on windows 7 pc

Hello everyone, i'm not sure if this is the right area of the forum to be posting about my GoPro live stream on pc quenstion, but anyway this is my question. I was wondering if anybody knows of a windows 7 program that will alllow you stream a GoPro live without internet connection. My family and I are always out west and I would like to stream it through my toughbook pc while someone is on the quad bike or even if we are driving while the camera is facing out the back window to act like a reversing camera. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
