Far South Coast- eden, merimbula, bega

Hi all. Need some help finding correct frequencies for RFS, NSW ambulance around the south coast areas. I have the grn programmed in my 396XT but only seem to hear metro, like Sydney, Canberra areas. Maybe there's just nothing happening at the time I'm listening but I want to make sure I've got the correct frequencies programmed to listen in. Thanks
