I am running a RTL-SDR with a Nagoya antenna along side SDR# with DSD+ and after changing the bandwidth settings can hear various DMR frequencies without any issue.

However just wondering if there is any software to be able to identify the source that I am listening to, like what one can get when listening to P25 networks.

At the moment the RID is in 2400 to 3900 area, however, have not found any sources on the internet to be able to find any sources on this.

You can narrow it down by noting the frequency and looking up the ACMA database
There maybe still a few likely candidates, so you need to listen and do your own detective work
