Can you use 996 uniden decode pager cap codes ?

Yes, Dependent on your location. Try entering either 148.6375 or 148.5625 and listen for a little while if you hear a series of beeps and noises then you are recieving pager transmissions. I would refer to this tutorial for a basic rundown on how to set it all up
