I have recently purchased a Motorola XTS2500 and was wondering if anyone knew what CPS I would require and where I could get it from?

Why would they not help you? Does not make sense...
You just purchased a product from them, surely they would provide some assistance in getting it up and running.

It was a private sale and they knew nothing about the radio
