Has anyone had any experience with DPMR radios? are they legal over here if you hold a ham radio license.

Considering you cannot figure the answer out yourself, , YOU are not allowed own/operate one.
You might need to take a deep breath and settle down, otherwise your paranoia will get the better of you.
