I need some help.

I am trying to work out what type of radio system the security are on at Sydney Uni.

I have tracked down all the frequencies and can hear what I would call, data transmissions on some of the frequencies, but I am not expert and they do not sound like the APCO 25 digital ones.

I have set my 396XT just as conventional and NFM, but I suspect they must be using some sort of digital.

The frequencies are:

465.5000
462.9250
466.2500
466.0500
464.6625

These are from the ACMA web site and have heard the transmissions on all of these.

I have recorded the 'data' transmission on my phone and uploaded it, here is the link for anyone that wants to have a listen.

If anyone has any theorys let me know.

I was able to get a good look at one of the radios today and they look like a Motorola DP3600 so I think they are on MOTOTRBO for sure.
