Depends on the unit.

RF
Commercial - 25 Watts
UHF CB - 5 Watts

Audio - 4 Watts
and is there an audio pot to adjust audio output,as it has very soft audio.
Are you talking about Transmitted Audio, or Received Audio.
Is the F2010 set up for 12.5 kHz or 25 kHz Bandwidth.

If you have a Transmitter set up for 12.5 kHz Bandwidth, and you are listening to it on a Receiver set up for 25 kHz, then it will sound 'soft' in comparison to a Transmitter set up for 25 kHz Bandwidth. This is normal.
